Luck PKR Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for All Players

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below. Reading these definitions first will help you understand the rest of the document more clearly.

• "Luck PKR" / "we" / "us" / "the platform" — refers to Luck PKR Ltd, the company that owns and operates the website and services accessible at luckpkr.app.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers for or uses a Luck PKR account.
• "Account" — the individual registered account created by a player on Luck PKR, containing their balance, transaction history, VIP tier and personal settings.
• "Balance" — the total PKR amount held in a player's Luck PKR wallet, including real-money funds and any bonus credit held separately.
• "Bonus Credit" — any promotional credit added to your account by Luck PKR, which is subject to wagering requirements before it or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the player from their own PKR source, fully withdrawable subject to identity verification and standard withdrawal procedures.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "VIP Club" — the Luck PKR loyalty programme comprising five tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) with associated benefits.
• "Services" — all games, betting markets, features and tools accessible to registered Luck PKR players.

To register and use Luck PKR, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Luck PKR does not accept players under 18 under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any point.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Luck PKR accounts cannot be held by companies, trusts, or on behalf of another individual.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on Luck PKR or have an active exclusion period that has not yet expired.
• You must be accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your access to Luck PKR complies with the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee of Luck PKR Ltd. Platform staff are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in real-money play or promotions.

Each eligible person may register exactly one Luck PKR account. Registering more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices or network addresses — is a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Luck PKR will never ask for your password via email, phone or chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately at support@luckpkr.app.

Luck PKR reserves the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed appropriate. Verification documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport) and proof of the payment method used to deposit.

• Accounts must not be used by anyone other than the registered account holder.
• Account sharing, whether for depositing, betting or withdrawing, is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred or assigned to another person.

Luck PKR accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the platform, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically credit to your Luck PKR wallet within seconds. IBFT and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using another person's mobile wallet or bank account — are not permitted.
• Luck PKR does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which Luck PKR is not responsible.
• If a deposit is credited in error or if a transaction is disputed by your payment provider, Luck PKR reserves the right to reverse the deposit and recover any funds wagered or withdrawn as a result of the error.
• Deposited funds are held in a player funds account separate from operational company funds.

Withdrawals from your Luck PKR real money balance may be requested at any time. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Luck PKR may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier. Bronze-tier players receive standard processing; Silver players receive priority queue processing; Gold-tier players can expect withdrawals within 30 minutes; Platinum within 15 minutes; Diamond members within 3 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• Withdrawals of bonus credit or winnings derived solely from bonus credit cannot be processed until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Luck PKR does not charge withdrawal fees on standard methods. Bank IBFT withdrawals may carry fees imposed by the receiving bank, over which Luck PKR has no control.
• Luck PKR reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above Rs 500,000 or on accounts that show unusual transaction patterns. This may temporarily delay processing while checks are completed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to accounts and payment methods in the name of the registered account holder.
• In the event of a technical failure that results in an incorrect withdrawal amount, Luck PKR reserves the right to correct the error and recover any over-payment.

Luck PKR offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, birthday bonuses and VIP Club tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out here as well as any specific conditions stated at the point of the individual offer.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all Luck PKR bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household address and per device.
• Bonus credit and any winnings derived from it are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement on welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus credit and associated winnings expire at the end of this period.
• Bets placed using bonus credit that are later voided, cancelled or cashed out before settlement do not count toward wagering requirements.
• The weekly cashback paid through the VIP Club is credited as real money, not bonus credit, and is withdrawable under standard withdrawal conditions without a separate wagering requirement.
• Luck PKR reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions already in progress for a player at the time of change will be honoured under the original terms unless the change is required by law or regulation.
• Attempting to abuse promotional terms through multi-accounting, coordinated group play or any other strategy intended to exploit bonus structures will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

All bets placed on Luck PKR are final once confirmed by the platform. You are responsible for checking the details of your bet — game type, selection, stake and odds — before confirming. Luck PKR does not accept bet cancellation requests after confirmation except in circumstances where the platform determines a technical error has occurred.

For sports betting and PSL markets specifically:

• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• In the event of a match or event being postponed, cancelled or abandoned, Luck PKR's settlement policy for the affected market will apply as stated in the Sports Betting terms accessible from your account.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds have been displayed as a result of a technical fault at a clearly incorrect level — may be voided by Luck PKR at its discretion. Affected players will be notified and stakes refunded.
• Luck PKR reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time, including restricting stake sizes for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

For slot, poker and other casino-style games:

• All outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator. The results of each spin, hand or round are independent of all prior results.
• In the event of a technical interruption mid-spin or mid-hand, the outcome will be resolved and credited from server-side records when connectivity is restored. Luck PKR's server records are the definitive record of all game outcomes.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on screen are indicative and update in real time. The binding jackpot amount is the server-side pool value at the exact moment the jackpot trigger completes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Luck PKR and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Luck PKR platform.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with any part of the Luck PKR platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing mistakes rather than reporting them to support.
• Using Luck PKR to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any part of the Luck PKR infrastructure without authorisation.
• Employing any strategy specifically designed to abuse promotional terms, including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using Luck PKR bonuses across multiple accounts, and coordinated group exploitation of promotional offers.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Luck PKR staff members via any communication channel.

Luck PKR takes its obligation toward player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost, accessible at any time through account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session length. When your limit is reached, you will be logged out automatically.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic alerts that show how long you've been playing and your net position for the session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cool-off, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from Luck PKR. A minimum self-exclusion period of 6 months applies. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the expiry date.

Luck PKR will never attempt to dissuade a player from using any responsible gaming tool, nor will we offer bonuses or inducements as a reason to reverse a self-exclusion or cool-off. Luck PKR is committed to not targeting marketing at players who have self-excluded or who are on a cool-off period. If you receive marketing communications after requesting self-exclusion, please contact support@luckpkr.app immediately.

Luck PKR collects and processes personal data in order to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support and comply with legal obligations. Full details of what data is collected, how it is stored, how long it is retained and your rights regarding your personal data are set out in the Luck PKR Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering on Luck PKR, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may exercise your data rights — including the right to access, correct or delete your personal data — by contacting support@luckpkr.app.

Luck PKR does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to operate the platform.

All content on the Luck PKR platform — including but not limited to the Luck PKR brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, odds presentation, marketing materials, graphics and software — is the intellectual property of Luck PKR Ltd or its licensed suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Luck PKR platform for your own personal, non-commercial use as a registered player. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Luck PKR content.

Any unauthorised use of Luck PKR intellectual property — including scraping odds data, reproducing the platform interface or reverse-engineering any software component — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Luck PKR provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. While we target 99% uptime and invest heavily in infrastructure, temporary outages may occur. Luck PKR will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability unless the unavailability was caused by our gross negligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luck PKR's total liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the cause of action arose.

Luck PKR is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.
• Loss of opportunity, anticipated savings, business, revenue or data.
• Losses arising from your own breach of these Terms.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind.
• Technical failures on the part of your payment provider, mobile network or internet service provider.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by Luck PKR's negligence, for fraud or for any other matter where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Luck PKR reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• At the player's own request, including via self-exclusion.
• Regulatory requirements or directions from law enforcement.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms by the player, Luck PKR reserves the right to withhold any bonus credit and associated winnings. Real-money deposits will be returned to the original payment method where legally required to do so, minus any amounts owed to Luck PKR.

Where an account is closed for reasons not related to player misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned in full to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact support@luckpkr.app. Voluntary closures are processed within 2 business days and any real-money balance is returned to the depositing payment method.

Luck PKR may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered email address or through an in-app notification at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Minor amendments — including clarifications, corrections of typographical errors or non-material adjustments — may be made without advance notice. The current version of the Terms is always available at luckpkr.app/terms-conditions and is date-stamped with the last update.

Your continued use of the Luck PKR platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Luck PKR operates its services in compliance with the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming platforms serving the Pakistani market.

In the event of a dispute between you and Luck PKR, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team at support@luckpkr.app in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 2 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Luck PKR's complaints process provides for escalation to a senior review team. Written complaints submitted to support@luckpkr.app will receive a formal written response within 10 business days.

Luck PKR's decision on any dispute relating to the outcome of a bet or game, or the interpretation of these Terms, shall be final and binding unless you have grounds to seek remedy through applicable law.
