Luck PKR FAQ — Every Question Answered

Go to /register and fill in your Pakistan mobile number, email address, a secure password and your date of birth. You must be 18 or older. Once you submit, an SMS verification code is sent to your mobile — enter it to activate your account. The whole process takes under two minutes.

No. Each player is allowed exactly one account. Multi-accounting is prohibited under the Luck PKR Terms and Conditions regardless of the device, mobile number or email used. Any accounts found to be linked will be permanently suspended and balances forfeited. If you've lost access to your original account, contact support@luckpkr.app for assistance.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email. A reset link will be sent to your email address within a few minutes. Click the link, set a new password and log in. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Email support@luckpkr.app and our team will get you back in fast.

Go to Account Settings → Security and toggle on Two-Factor Authentication. Every login will then require a one-time SMS code sent to your registered Pakistan mobile number. Luck PKR strongly recommends enabling 2FA — it's the most effective way to protect your account from unauthorised access.

No documents are needed to register or play. Identity verification (KYC) is required before processing your first withdrawal. You'll need to submit a clear photo of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, and in some cases a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address. KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours on business days.

For security reasons, mobile number and email address changes require verification. Go to Account Settings → Personal Details and request a change. You'll receive an OTP on your current registered mobile to confirm the request. If you no longer have access to your current mobile number, contact support@luckpkr.app with your CNIC details and our team will guide you through the manual process.

Luck PKR supports Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are in PKR only — there are no foreign currency conversions and no hidden fees. New payment methods are added regularly; check the Cashier section of your account for the latest options.

The minimum deposit is Rs 200, across all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash and NayaPay. Even a Rs 200 deposit qualifies for the 100% welcome bonus, giving you Rs 400 to play with. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by Luck PKR, though your bank or mobile money provider may have their own daily transfer limits.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited within seconds of the transfer completing. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits also process in near real-time. IBFT bank transfers typically clear within a few minutes during business hours, though some banks may take up to two hours. Visa/Mastercard deposits usually appear within 1–5 minutes. If a deposit hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Most withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 5–15 minutes once your KYC is complete and no active bonus wagering requirements remain. IBFT bank withdrawals typically take 1–4 hours during normal banking hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. VIP Club members at Gold tier and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing.

Luck PKR charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit is the amount that appears in your wallet. The amount you request to withdraw is the amount sent to your account. Note that your own bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with them separately. Luck PKR has no control over third-party fees.

Withdrawals may be held for a few reasons: your KYC documents have not been verified yet; you have an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements; a routine security review has been triggered for large first-time withdrawals; or there is a temporary processing delay. Log in and check your Account → Withdrawal Status page for the specific reason. If the reason is unclear, contact support@luckpkr.app with your withdrawal reference number.

The welcome bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus credit amount. For example, if you deposit Rs 5,000 and receive a Rs 5,000 bonus, you need to wager the Rs 5,000 bonus credit 30 times (Rs 1,50,000 in total qualifying bets) before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Yes. The welcome bonus and most promotional bonuses have a 30-day validity window from the date of credit. If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days, the bonus credit and any winnings generated from it are removed from your account. Your real-money balance is never affected by bonus expiry. Check your Bonus Dashboard in Account Settings for the expiry date on each active bonus.

No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully completed. However, you can always withdraw your real-money balance at any time, regardless of any active bonus. If you withdraw before completing wagering, the bonus credit and associated winnings are forfeited automatically. Your real PKR cash is never locked by bonus terms.

The minimum stake for a single sports bet on Luck PKR is Rs 50. Accumulator bets also have a minimum total stake of Rs 50, with a maximum of 12 selections per accumulator. Maximum payout limits vary by sport and market — these are shown on the bet slip before you confirm your wager.

If a cricket match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for an official result, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned to your wallet in full. In-play bets placed after the match started are also voided in most cases unless a result was already determined for that market. DLS-adjusted results count as official results for betting purposes. During exclusion, your account is locked and you are removed from all marketing lists. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the minimum period expires. Your PKR balance can be withdrawn during the exclusion by contacting support.

Luck PKR's platform records the state of all games at the server level, not the device. If your connection drops mid-spin or mid-hand, simply reconnect and reload the game — your session will resume exactly where it left off and your balance will reflect the correct outcome. If a slot spin was in progress during a disconnection and the result wasn't recorded correctly, contact support@luckpkr.app with the approximate time of the disconnection and we'll investigate from the server logs.
